How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks after the order is confirmed, depending on my current queue and the detail involved.
How much do custom orders cost?
Prices vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Once I receive your request, I'll send you a quote.
Can I request something other than a Bon or Miss Girl?
I only offer customs in my own style, so all customs will be in the shape of a Bon or Miss Girl.
Can you turn my cat into a Bon?
Absolutely! I'd love to turn your cat into a Bon charm. I can customise the fur colour, ears and tail to look more like your pet! Each custom Bon comes with a matching mini charm of your choice as well.
Can you turn my dog into a Bon?
Yes, I would love to turn your pup into a charm! All dog commissions will still be in "Bon form", however I can adjust the ears, nose, tail and colouring to match your pup. Please see the gallery for past examples!
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the handmade and personalisation of customs, I don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If there's a problem with your order, please reach out and I'll do my best to make it right!
What materials do you use?
Each charm is made with polymer clay and glazed with UV resin for durability. You have a choice of charm string or keyring attachment.
How big are the charms?
It varies by design, but most charms are between 4-5cm tall. They are the perfect size for bag charms, keyrings or phone charms!
Do you ship internationally?
